Bone broths are rich in minerals that support the immune system and contain healing compounds like collagen and glutamine. The collagen in bone broth heals your gut lining and reduces intestinal inflammation.  Julie will teach you how to make the beef and chicken broths and then how to integrate them into your cooking regime with delicious recipes that we will make on the day.

A horticulturally trained, historic food practitioner, Julie is the Wild Crafter that weaves together the classes for the Oak and Thistle team.
