Hugo presents Dynamic Movement for EcoFest North. Our body is designed to move. If you don’t move it, you gradually lose the ability to do so. It’s been proven to be the cause of many health and mental issues in modern society. During this workshop, you will experience some techniques and views to help you incorporate movement through your life with a change in perspective of how you see it and practice it.
Dynamic movement contains elements of Yoga, Calisthenics, Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Functional Training and the most diverse forms of practice. It’s about breaking the paradigm that separates our minds from our bodies and prepare you to be the best version of yourself. It’s about reaching the full potential of your physicality.
