Forest Restoration Leaders Training
For the last few years, Kaipātiki Project has run a leaders training program for those who would like to deepen their knowledge around native forest restoration. This year we are running a limited edition over four Saturday mornings starting this Saturday, July 11. Each of the four sessions involves some discussion and theory, then we get out to plant some native trees with members of the public attending. Three of the sessions are at our Kaipātiki Project Envirohub 17 Lauderdale Rd, Birkdale and one on Herald Island, near Hobsonville Point.
We are looking to start at 8.00 am at the Envirohub and move on to the plantings at 10.00 am. It will all be wrapped up at 12.30.

If you feel that you could benefit from the experience of our resident restoration people, Charmaine and Neil, please sign up for as many sessions as you can.
