Community Planting Day at Scott Point
Come along and join the fun as we plant 3,000 new native plants along the Nimrod Esplanade (meeting spot at Coastal pathway access from Tai Crescent). Organised by Kaipātiki Project and Habitat Hobsonville, the purpose is to beautify the coastal esplanade, restore native plants and attract native birds and insects. Bring your family and friends. Wear good shoes or boots, bring gloves and a spade if you have one but we will provide these if you don't. All ages welcome. Refreshments and sausages provided by Auckland Council.
