Join us for a day of learning and hands on restoration, as we care for our local stream in Albany's Centorian Reserve. You'll learn and participate in water testing, native plant care and pest trapping.

Part One: 45 minutes - meet the bugs and do some water testing

Part Two: 45 minutes - rescuing native plants (hand releasing, no chemicals involved)

Part Three: 20 minutes - introduction to why it is important to control and eradicate predators for the birds and the native forest, pest trapping and setting traps.

In the case of rain, the event will be postponed to the Sunday (27/03)

Please note that these events take place on Auckland Council Reserves and therefore Vaccine Pass is required.
