Talk to a Home Energy Advisor & save on your power bills
If you want to lower your power bills and have a warmer, drier house, Auckland Council's certified advisors can provide up to an hour of free impartial advice to Auckland residents and ratepayers. Tell them what your issues or questions are and they will get back to you within three working days with an answer and to arrange a suitable time for your free virtual session.
This free service is provided by Auckland Council as part of their Live Lightly programme.
What an advisor can offer

Advisors provide personalised, impartial advice on home energy and energy efficiency. They will work with you to find the right options for your home and budget.
What they don't offer
- Building or insulation inspections for compliance purposes.
- Advice relating to major repairs, or to structural, electrical or plumbing work.
- Recommendations for particular suppliers or products.
