Bring your own seeds to swap with others or donate them to our Community Seed Library!

Come along to Birkenhead Library, where we will be hosting a seed, seedling and plant swap, courtesy of the Highbury House Seedling Cart. There will also be plenty of nature-based activities for tamariki and whanau to enjoy together!

EcoFest 2024

EcoFest is a month-long celebration of the unique environment of Tāmaki Makaurau and how we care for it. The EcoFest programme is packed with events, activities, installations and workshops for people of all ages and at any stage of their sustainability journey. With over 200 events already programmed and more on the horizon, there's ample opportunity for everyone to join in!
