Right bin. Every time.
Your building has three types of bins. Sorting right makes a real difference. Here's everything you need to know.

Three bins. One simple habit.

Empty and rinse containers, flatten cardboard and keep food scraps separate.

🟡 Recycling

Goes In: Plastic bottles & containers (look for 1, 2 or 5) · Glass bottles & jars · Tins & cans · Cardboard (flattened)

Never: Plastics bags · Batteries · Vapes · Gas bottles

Remember: Empty and rinse everything · No lids · Place loose, no bags

🟢 Food Scraps

Goes In: Leftovers · Meat, fish & bones · Bread & pasta · Fruit & vegetables

Some buildings don't have a green bin at this stage.

🔴 Rubbish

Other common rubbish goes here.

For larger or dangerous items, don't put them in a bin. Search for inorganic collection, community recycling centre or transfer station.
