Shipping: Memberships, courses and donations do not incur shipping charges. For all other items, shipping is calculated after a destination address has been entered. For bulk orders please contact [email protected] to get a quote on shipping rates. Delivery time within New Zealand is approximately 1 week. Please allow up to 5 weeks for international orders.

Security: All donation, membership and merchandise transactions entered on this site are administered and safeguarded through a secured webpage. The payment page on this site is hosted by DPS, this website will not collect and store any credit card information. We do not hold your credit card details on file electronically and each time you purchase you will be asked to re-enter your credit card details.
Cookies: This website uses cookies to temporarily store information such as cart items during a session. Cookies do not hold any personal information about you and we do not use them for any other purpose what so ever.
Course refund policy: If you cancel a course booking five (5) days before the start of the course, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel a course booking between five (5) days and one (1) day before the start of a course, we will give you a 50% refund. If you cancel your booking on the day of the course, you are not entitled to a refund. Contact [email protected] to cancel a course.
Cancellations: Kaipātiki Project reserves the right to cancel any course at any time. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible before we cancel a course. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund.
