A native New Zealand tussock growing up to 40 cm, ideal as a decorative ground cover or companion plant. Its ribbed, bright green leaves provide a striking contrast to the dark brown seed heads, which sit on stems slightly shorter than the foliage. Perfect for planting in forests, scrublands, swamps, or wetlands, it is also excellent for erosion control and managing stormwater.
