This April, we're taking you inside Moxie Restaurant — one of the North Shore's most celebrated dining spots. Head Chef James Bratton will demonstrate zero-waste cooking live, sharing storage hacks and tips for making the most of every ingredient. Plus, Rescued Kitchen joins us for a special dessert course on launch night.
Between events, stay motivated with weekly newsletters full of tips and at-home challenges, and a community group to bounce ideas around and share your journey with. Then wrap up the month at the Sustainabilit-Tea Workshop with Nuestra Cocina at the Birkdale Eco Hub, turning everyday leftovers into world-class dips and seasonings.
