Volunteer Welcome Day

Have you ever wanted to volunteer with an environmental organisation?

At Kaipātiki Project, we offer many opportunities for you to get involved in the work we do. Come and help us realise a greener future, together.

Volunteer with us at our native plant nurseries, food gardens or compost hubs in Birkdale or Hobsonville, help out with one of our various regeneration or zero waste projects that we run in the community, or help us at the hub with your special skill set.

A variety of tasks are available to suit different people, and we value everyone's contribution. To ensure that you have the best possible experience of volunteering with us, we ask you to join us at our EcoHub in Birkdale for a Volunteer Welcome Day first, as an introduction to your volunteering journey with us. The session covers what we are all about, activities that are involved, what you can be involve in, our volunteering processes, a health & safety  briefing, and of course a morning tea shared with our current nursery and garden volunteers and staff!
